AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- This is the UFC 123 live blog for Matt Hughes vs. BJ Penn, a welterweight bout on tonight's pay-per-view at the Palace of Auburn Hills.

This fight will complete the trilogy between these two future UFC legends. Penn won the first in 2004 to win the welterweight title, but lost in a rematch two years later by TKO.
