In this FanHouse video, Top Rank Promotions' CEO Bob Arum addresses assertions by former undisputed middleweight (160 pounds) champion, Bernard Hopkins (pictured at right), that eight-division king, WBO welterweight (147 pounds) and WBC junior middleweight (154 pounds) Manny Pacquiao never has faced an African American fighter as well as Pacquiao's spiritual beliefs.
