Rafael Nadal Defeats Roger Federer in Madrid, All for a Good Cause

The last two days have been unique and special for tennis fans. Two of the sport's best of all time -- top-ranked Rafael Nadal and No. 2 Roger Federer -- came together during their short offseason to compete and raise money for admirable causes.

For tennis historians, the debate of who the best player of all time is irrelevant in this case. The great "Rafa vs. Roger" discussion was forgotten -- at least for two days. The friends and rivals played six entertaining sets of tennis that had two countries send them off to rousing ovations in the span of 24 hours.

The selfless players put on back-to-back displays of competitive tennis in the form of exhibition matches. Good fun was sprinkled in, while those in need were helped the most. The two-round series dubbed, "The Match For Africa," was a one-of-a-kind charitable event with no official wins, losses, or Grand Slam titles at stake.
