A combination of Djibril Cisse's inaccuracy and Twitter is preventing Sunderland fans watching their team in training.Cisse, the French striker who now plays for Panathinaikos in Greece, hit one of the supporters with a wayward effort during shooting practice at the club's training ground.
The spectator is now suing Sunderland, whose chairman Niall Quinn decided to avoid a repeat by locking the doors of their training academy.
Speaking on BBC Newcastle, Quinn said:"We had a supporter who got a bad injury.
"I think it was one of Djibril Cisse's misses where had had a shot from 20 yards.
"I'm making fun of it now, but it knocked a supporter out. It was quite serious.
"That supporter is in the process of suing us right now. It was one of those things."
